PowderCoating is a completely dry finishing process used on a wide range of materialsand products.
FinelyGrounded product of pigment and resign are electrostatically charged andsprayed onto products to be coated. The parts to be coated are electricallygrounded so the charged particles adhere to them until melted and fused into asolid coating in a curing oven.
Unlikeliquid paint, no solvent are used, so only negligible amount of VOCs, if any,are released into the air.
Unused orover sprayed powder can be recovered so any waste is minimal and can bedisposed of easily and safely
The powdercoating process is environmentally friendly and virtually pollution-free.
